After a very long time of never being on this blog (I apologize!), I have decided that I am going to change it from a weight-loss blog, to a health blog!! 

I hope that this transition will be good and you all can still enjoy my blog, especially since I will actually be using it now, haha! 

I have been working at a health food store for over a year now and just recently have finally given in to officially sticking to a very healthy lifestyle. and I thought it would be a great idea to share it with others and give them my tips! 

I will try to keep it vegan-friendly and also feature some raw food recipes and ideas as well. So I hope you all can enjoy it!! :)
